Emanuel SALDAÑO died in a car accident in El Encon (Arg), on 25 January 2014.
Saldano tested positive after the National RR Championships on 3 April 2011. He was provisionally suspended by the Argentinian federation, but some months later he was cleared and his ban was lifted.
