Cesar ROJAS VILLEGAS tested positive for the use of phentermine in the National Championships on 27 July 2010. He was suspended for 2 years by the Costarican federation, until 30 September 2012. On 21, 22 and 26 December 2017, he tested positive for CERA and Anabolic Androgenic Steroids in the Vuelta a Costa Rica. He was suspended by the UCI for 8 years, until 20 December 2025. |
