Alexander SEREBRYAKOV tested positive for EPO in an out of competition control on 18 March 2013. Also a retest of a sample taken 21 February 2012 gave a positive result for EPO. He was suspended by the UCI for 4 years, until 5 April 2017, and lost all his results after 21 February 2012. |
