	Miguel Angel RUBIANO tested positive for the use of Octopamine in the Regio Tour on 23 August 2008. He was suspended by the UCI for 2 years, but appealed this decision, and was able to race in 2009. In July 2009, his ban was shortened to 6 months, until 23 February 2009.
