Juan Carlos ROJAS VILLEGAS tested positive for the use of Phentermine in the Vuelta a El Salvador, May 2007. He was suspended by the UCI until September 14, 2009. On 20 and 22 December 2017 he tested positive for CERA in the Vuelta a Costa Rica. He was suspended by the UCI for 8 years, until 30 January 2026 |
