	Luis Roberto ALVAREZ MARTIN (ESP19820401), tested positive with testosterone during the race Vuelta Ciclista Internacional a Extremadura (ESP) on 23rd and 24th April 2005, sanctioned by REAL FEDERACION ESPANOLA DE CICLISMO, suspension of 2 years from 6th September 2005 to 5th September 2007 and disqualification from the race. Alvarez Martinez should lose his CQ-points for being leader after stage 4 on 23th April. The new leader after this stage is Manuel ORTEGA OCANA (ESP19810707).
