Philip SCHULZ tested positive for Amphetamine in a national race in Bundenthal, in May 2008. In November, he was suspended for 2 years by the UCI. Later on, the ban was limited to 1 year by the federation, until 18 November 2009, on the grounds of active cooperation. |
