Alexander KOLOBNEV tested positive for the use of hydrochlorothiazide in the 5th stage of the Tour de France on 6 July 2011. He got awarning and a fine by the Russian federation on 25 October 2011, but was not suspended. In February 2012, the CAS confirmed this decision after a UCI appeal. |
